Job description

We are seeking a Dispatcher to support our team in Albuquerque, NM. You will work from your home office and utilize internal systems to evaluate, identify, and provide feedback on technician routing, start times, and production optimization opportunities. The role also involves acting as a point of escalation for customer concerns and fostering relationships with external partners.

The Role

• Dispatch service requests to technicians; act as liaison between technicians and customer service
• Support field productivity through call handling and support
• Record information into systems for accurate customer service history
• Adjust daily routes based on travel time, service level, technician skills, and productivity
• Make outbound calls to confirm or modify appointments
• Distribute work orders to technicians according to system requirements
• Manage workload efficiently to meet operational needs
• Resolve or escalate dispatch challenges
• Respond to customer service requests and coordinate technician dispatch
• Communicate with leadership and technicians to monitor job completion and address inefficiencies
• Reassign jobs as needed and verify scheduled appointments
• Complete work orders, check routes, and handle missed jobs
• Assist customers in resolving service issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills

• Ability to focus on tasks, engage with customers, and sit for extended periods

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
• Ability to wear a telephone headset

• Valid driver’s license
