Northdale Oil Inc. is hiring a Part Time Cashier and Deli Associate to join our brand-new Fargo location. Evening availability between 2pm and 10pm is preferred, with responsibilities centered on welcoming customers and maintaining deli quality.

You will operate deli processes, keep the area clean, and support service with a friendly, team-oriented mindset. This role offers flexible schedules in a family-owned environment with growth opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Assist in daily deli operations, including stocking, labeling, dating, rotating, preparing, and cooking.
• Ensure food quality and proper presentation.

• Support in price changes and waste management.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Assist in performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures to ensure deli is clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.
• Maintain quality brand image standards.
• Maintain product quality and waste management.
• Operate all food service processes: stock, label, date, rotate, prepare, and cook.
• Execute proper food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.
• Communicate any merchandising problems, price change requests, and equipment problems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Follow and ensure all health and food safety regulations are met.
