Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Assist in daily operating procedures to keep deli clean, stocked, organized.
• Maintain quality brand image standards.
• Maintain product quality and waste management.
• Operate all food service processes: stock, label, date, rotate, prepare, and cook.
• Execute proper food preparation and presentation.
• Communicate merchandising, price change requests, and equipment problems.
• Adhere to safety policies and health and food safety regulations.

The Deli Associate and Cashier is a vital member of our organization, playing an essential role in providing a welcoming, positive experience to customers, and ensuring food quality is maintained. The self-motivated, service-orientated individual will be accountable for demonstrating Northdale’s culture of exceptional customer service, serving high quality product, and a team orientated mindset.
