Whole Foods Market is seeking a Front End Team Member to assist customers at checkout, ring up groceries, bag items, and support customer service displays. You will help maintain a clean front end and follow safety regulations while delivering courteous service.

Ideal candidates possess strong math and communication skills, a teamwork mindset, and a passion for natural foods. Flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, are common for this role.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to deliver courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures and cash handling rules.

Responsabilités

• Check out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Uphold laws on alcohol sales and taxation.
• Follow proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Maintain clean and stocked Front End areas and your register.
• Assist with training of new Cashier and Cashier Assistant Team Members.
• Support supervisor to manage customer flow and shorten wait times.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Report safety hazards and follow health and sanitation requirements.
