Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at checkout, operate cash registers, bag groceries, and help at the customer service desk.

You will maintain attractive displays and support WFM programs while adhering to health and safety standards. The role requires polite, efficient service and teamwork with store leadership and other Team Members.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with courteous, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to accurately operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations concerning sale of alcohol and taxation.
• Follows cash handling procedures and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Maintains clean and stocked Front End areas and registers.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists with training as needed.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and reports hazards.
