Whole Foods Market in the United States is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at checkout, operate cash registers, bag groceries, and support the customer service desk. You will help maintain attractive service displays and uphold the store's vision.

No retail experience required; must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 6-8 hours, and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds government regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows proper cash, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Uses proper tares procedures when ringing up scalable items.
• Cleans and stocks Front End areas, including own register.
• Follows all cash handling procedures and regional policies.
• May assist with training of new Cashier and Cashier Assistant Team Members.
• Assists supervisor in controlling customer flow and reduce wait time.
• Participates in company programs as directed by leadership.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and suggests upsell where appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper product prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures for health, safety and sanitation.
• Maintains a clean and safe working/shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
• US only – for hires from Nov 2024 onward, shopper training may be assigned as needed.
