Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver outstanding customer service and a seamless sales experience at our Dublin, OH store. You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and assist with returns while maintaining checkout standards.

In addition to cashier duties, you’ll support omnichannel efforts, restock, participate in inventory processes, and help uphold shrink and safety targets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing; supports signing and merchandising at the checkout.
• General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance; participates in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives; meets company performance standards across iCAP, sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
