Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a frontline team member to lead customer service, operate the register, process payments, and help maintain store standards. You will engage customers, promote sales, and support daily store operations at our South San Francisco location.

The role emphasizes dependable attendance, accurate math for pricing, and adherence to Goodwill core values. Full-time employment offers benefits and growth opportunities within a mission-driven retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English (verbal & written).
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods when needed.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks customers leaving the store.
• Maintains sales floor per floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Uses phones and paging systems for announcements.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Models Goodwill Core Values – Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation.
