Kroger in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a Customer Service Desk Associate to assist customers and process sales at the on-site checkout. You will handle cashier duties, returns, money handling, and maintain store appearance while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk
• Must be 18+ (19+ in some states) depending on tobacco sales
• Ability to pass drug test
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Ability to organize tasks and follow company policies
• Related retail experience preferred

Mansioni

• Assist customers and process sales at the customer service desk
• Perform cashier duties including opening/closing register and completing tender transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkstand area
• Provide lottery services, refunds, exchanges, money orders and gift cards
• Handle store accounting functions and bank deposits
• Respond to security alarms and verify tag removals for EAS
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
