Job summary

Michaels Stores in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring for a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well merchandised.

You may participate in BOPIS and SFS processes, learn our Rewards program, and support safety, SOPs, and store recovery. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to stand for long periods in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with standard cash handling
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms
• Ensure store recovery, in-stock merchandise, and support shrink and safety programs
