Primary Purpose Of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Handle exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Clean windows, change gas price signs, sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash.
• Clean parking lot and store grounds.
• Work in coolers and freezers for specified durations and temperatures.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

This position is hourly, with schedules determined by store management. It can be full or part-time, with availability required for any shift.
