Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers at the cashier window and answering questions regarding procedures and policies.
2. Handling all incoming calls for the service department.
3. Creating a positive first impression and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
4. Processing transactions including debit and credit payments, check validations, and calculating totals.
5. Performing light administrative duties such as filing when not assisting customers.

Minimum Requirements:
