Primary Purpose of the Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Stand and work for up to eight hours.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Perform mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Handle exposure to cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Clean windows, change gas price signs, sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash.
• Maintain the parking lot and store grounds.
• Work in coolers (up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F) and freezers (up to 10 minutes at 0°F).
• Learn and operate a computer.

Work Hours

This hourly position has a flexible schedule managed by store management, with no guaranteed hours. Availability to work any shift is required.
