Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates
• Support and embody a positive store culture with integrity and respect
• Ring items and process transactions accurately per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and floor readiness
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Maintain store sanitation and organization, assist with safety
• Provide and receive recognition and feedback
• Comply with labor laws and company policies
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
