Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Temple, TX is seeking a Cashier to provide fast, friendly checkout and ensure an in-stock, clean shopping experience for every customer.

You will handle payments, balance the cash drawer, and assist with stocking while complying with state laws for beer sales. Weekend and holiday availability is required in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute a clean, friendly and in-stock checkout experience for every customer.
• Accurately transacts items at checkout on POS units and accepts all payment methods.
• Balance cash drawer at beginning and end of each shift.
• Process exchanges and refunds per company policy.
• Assist in stocking, rotating merchandise and labeling.
• Train new cashiers.
• Be flexible to work weekends and holidays and during peak times.

Overview$20.00 * Medical * Dental * Vision * 3 Weeks Paid Time Off * 401k 100% Match up to 6%The primary responsibility of a Cashier is to provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for customers.
