Position Summary: The front-line positions are vital to the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food with excellence, and your role is essential in exceeding standards and executing our mission effectively.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent menu and product knowledge.
3. Accountability for preparing guest orders accurately.
4. Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
5. Team player attitude.
6. Sincerely thanking guests for their patronage.
7. Participation in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
8. Maintaining an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
9. Willingness to perform other restaurant duties such as cashiering or cleaning as directed by management.
10. Adherence to all food safety and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
11. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Location: Bannerman Crossings

Compensation: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
