Job Title: Retail Salesperson

Provide superior customer service by assisting customers in locating and purchasing goods.

Operate cash register, ring customer sales, and provide accurate change.

Display merchandise attractively and ensure old goods are rotated weekly.

Maintain a tidy appearance of sales racks and keep the store clean and organized.

Understand and perform procedures to meet or exceed weekly sales and production quotas.

Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality records.

Participate in staff meetings and training as required.

Follow all safety procedures; report accidents, injuries, and safety concerns to leadership.

Adhere to two-hour floor checklists as assigned by leadership.

Comply with Goodwill’s policies and perform duties within our Guiding Principles.

Follow the dress code and perform other duties as assigned.
