Castle VW of Schaumburg is seeking an experienced Cashier to join our automotive dealership team. You will handle payments, scan documents, and guide customers to the right departments while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Requirements include at least 2 years of dealership cashier experience, weekend availability, and familiarity with dealership processes. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dealership cashier experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays with one day off during the week and Sundays off.
• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems.
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects.
• Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need.
• Ability to work the listed hours.
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
• Scans service and parts documents.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do as a Cashier:

Cashier - $15 - $17/hour

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
