Castle VW of Schaumburg is seeking a Cashier to join our dealership team. You will handle payments, scan service documents, guide customers to the right department, and assist in scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dealership cashier experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays with one day off during the week and Sundays off.
• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once.
• Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need.
• Ability to work the listed hours.
• Excellent listening/communication skills.
• Punctual nature and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
• Scan service and parts documents.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
