Castle VW of Schaumburg is hiring a friendly Cashier to join our dealership team. You’ll handle payments, scan service and parts documents, and greet customers with a professional, courteous demeanor. This role supports sales appointments and directs customers to the right department.

It requires cash handling experience, strong communication, punctuality, and the ability to work Saturdays (and a weekday off). Compensation ranges $15–$17 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of dealership cashier experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays with one day off during the week and Sundays off.
• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once.
• Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need.
• Ability to work the listed hours.
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.

Aufgaben

• Receive and manage payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
• Scans service and parts documents.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
