Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: Prior experience working in Grocery or related industry
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Finalize sales and process payments, including totaling orders, deducting coupons, and accepting tender from guests.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Have knowledge of service and business metrics.
• Assist in executing company initiatives and programs.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are processed correctly.
• Operate the cash register in accordance with company policies and procedures, including POS policies.
• Demonstrate effective selling techniques.
• Handle products and equipment safely, following food safety and safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Promote an inclusive environment that embraces diversity and respect for team members, customers, vendors, and the community.
