Job Description

As a Front Counter/Drive-Thru Cashier, your main responsibility will be to take care of our guests, greeting them and taking their orders. Essentially, you are a COO of Layne’s… a Chicken Ordering Officer.

Each guest should feel as though they are attending a party we are hosting for them. You will ensure they receive their food promptly, along with necessary condiments, beverages, and anything else to make their visit special.

You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our restaurant's cleanliness, ensuring guests can relax and enjoy their meal in a tidy environment.

Our fun-loving, non-corporate culture is a core part of who we are. As a Layne's COO, you will be part of our culture that ensures everyone has fun while serving our "Soon To Be Famous" TM chicken fingers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the smiling face of the organization; greet and assist guests kindly.
• Clean tables to provide a great experience for new guests.
• Restock condiments station.
• Assist with food prep.
• Interact with guests and have fun.

Required Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Friendly and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-food environment.
