Job summary

Workstream in Newtown Square is looking for team members to provide excellent customer service including greeting guests, taking orders, and managing delivery platforms. Candidates must have strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Math, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, booths, pick up debris off the floor, sweep floor in all areas of the restaurant.
• Ability to reach high and low shelves.

• Thank patrons and kindly invite them back for future dining.
• Clean counter and floors as needed.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.

• Wrap food according to Nifty Fifty’s procedures
• Follow takeout procedures to make sure guests receive all requested items (condiments, utensils, side orders, etc.)
• Check off all items as you bag the food to go
• Maintain a clean and organized area (condiments, napkins, comment cards, etc.)
• Manage all delivery and online ordering platforms
• Present guest checks to each guest and accept approved form of payment
• Make correct change or complete the proper charge card procedure
• Thank patrons and kindly invite them back for future dining
• Clean counter and floors as needed
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
