Job summary

Total Wine & More in Mesa, AZ hires Front End Team Members to provide fast and friendly cashier service, help customers with product information, and promote the loyalty program. Roles may include cashier, sales associate, or merchandiser/stock responsibilities, with training on wine, beer, and spirits and strict adherence to alcohol sale laws.

Positions can be part‑time or full‑time, requiring availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of general work experience; 1+ years in a retail setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; walk, bend, and stand for 8–10 hours a day; lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly; may be exposed to various weather conditions throughout the workday.

About the role

As a Cashier, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by providing customers with fast and friendly service. Both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on being a cashier, but you may also be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate. Internally you will be referred to as a Front End Team Member and report to the store management team.

Employment Details

Worker type: Regular. Pay range: $15.90 – $22.26 per hour.
