What You Will Do :

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Meet the monthly minimum membership sign-up requirement by engaging with customers and encouraging membership registration using provided tools and techniques.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our membership program, donation drives, and rotating promotions.
• Be an advocate for the company's mission and familiarize yourself with our products, promotions, and membership program.
• Assist cashier supervisors in managing customer flow and reducing wait times.
• Follow proper procedures for cashiering, handling tenders, sales of alcoholic beverages, and using PLUs and UPCs.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures, meet and exceed Erewhon cashier variance policies.
• Report pricing or signage errors according to established cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cashier station and shopping environment.
• Follow all safety practices and comply with applicable US regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
