Your number one priority as a Part-Time Cashier will be to assist our customers during the checkout process and deliver on our high brand and execution standards with your team members. At Northern Tool + Equipment, we serve tradespeople who keep our country running and weekend warriors who want to work like them. Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring they enjoy the best shopping experience possible.
2. Completing all transactions quickly and accurately.
3. Offering our Protection Plan on all eligible products and our credit card options on all transactions (with incentive pay for selling protection plans and credit cards).
4. Being a team player by helping put away products, executing price changes, or assisting with other tasks to better serve customers.

What you will bring to the table:

1. Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience is appreciated but not required.
2. Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
3. A love of tools & equipment.
