Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle various tenders and adhere to company policies on cash shortages, overages, and restricted sale items.
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay current with advertisements and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Promote safety by following procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and inspecting equipment.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with their inquiries.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
