Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Cashier at Napleton's Ellwood City CDJR to manage customer transactions, calculate bills and accept payments. The role requires accuracy, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment on site in Ellwood City, PA.

Ideal candidates will have cashier experience, preferably in automotive settings, with strong reading comprehension and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Assist with accounts receivable department as needed
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Located at Napleton's Ellwood City CDJR, theCashieris critical to out customer’s experience. TheCashierisresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

We are currently one of the largest automotive groups in the country, providing incredible growth opportunity.

The scheudle is as follows: Monday - 3pm-8pm or closing, Tuesday/Wednesday - 1pm-6pm, Thursday - 3pm-close. You will be expected to work 1 Friday and 3 Saturday's per month. Sunday - off.

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
