Job summary

Pura Vida Miami in Cambridge is seeking a frontline team member to warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

You will learn our menu, assist in food preparation, restock stations, and collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and health standards, while ensuring a positive guest experience.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.




• Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.




• Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.




• Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.




• Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.




• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.




• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.




• Support with any additional duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
