Job summary

Avolta is seeking a Cash Recycler Support Specialist in Las Vegas to partner with Operations Management. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting Cash Recycler(s), coordinating deposits and cleanings, and ensuring adherence to internal cash control procedures.

The position is non-exempt and reports to the Director of Operations. You will train managers, monitor cash loads, and audit discrepancies while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; Micros knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate company vehicle in SIDA.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person for cash recycler issues and armored car coordination.
• Coordinates and communicates with managers to ensure safe, timely cash recycler activities.
• Performs regular deep cleaning and daily high-level cleanings.
• Prepares deposits and maintains change orders.
• Ensures compliance with cash recycler standards and control environment.
• Trains managers on use, cleaning, error resolution, and responsibilities.
• Provides cash handling and key control training.
• Monitors cash loads and audits discrepancies; escalates findings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
