Job summary

GardaWorld Cash in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Cash Processing Teller to verify deposits, process cash, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. You will inspect bags, reconcile balances, and safeguard cash movements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, cash handling and balancing experience, 1–2 years teller background, data entry skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. Full-time with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• 1–2 years teller experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and experience required.
• Detail-oriented with basic math skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Process deposit functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Identify SAR and AML red flags and report to Supervisor immediately.
• Meet or exceed all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verify cash settlements are accurate and transfer funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identify and share process improvement opportunities.
• Work independently without direct supervision.

Your Job:

As a Cash Processing Teller, you will perform the following tasks (not limited to)

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reports same to Supervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities.
• Works independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
