Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Data Control Clerk to support data integrity and posting for payors and adjustments. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, auditing, and updating coding schemes within the accounts receivable workflow.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a day shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and is non-exempt under FLSA. Benefits include healthcare coverage, retirement contributions, and paid time off.

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in healthcare environment in billing and/or cash posting.
• AAHAM Patient Representative Certification recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Codes data and inputs data for computer processing as needed.
• Posts payors as assigned by the Team Lead for manual Third Party Payers, Patient, and Bad Debt payments; handles contractual adjustments and AR adjustments for designated facilities.
• Identifies and resolves keying errors.
• Maintains and revises procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes to process source data.

As a Data Control Clerk, you will:

• Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system; audits output data.
• Mabye expected to code data and input data for computer processing
• Responsible for posting payors as assigned by the Team Lead of the manual Third Party Payers, Patient, and Bad Debt payments, contractual adjustments and adjustments to the accounts receivable for designated facilities.
• Identifies and resolves keying errors.
• Maintains and revises procedural lists, control records and coding schemes to process source data.

Qualifications include:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in healthcare environment in billing and/or cash posting.
• Completed AAHAM Patient Representative Certification Recommended.

Work Schedule:

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours per Week: 40 hours/week

Typical Daily Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday

Pay Range:

$18.40 - $23.48
