Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cash posting, accounts receivable, payment processing, or related accounting.
• Insurance industry experience preferred; property & casualty a plus.
• Experience in a multi-entity or high-volume transaction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile to invoices and policyholder accounts.
• Collaborate with billing, underwriting, claims, and customer service on payment issues.
• Reconcile cash batches and assist with payment discrepancies and regulatory compliance.
