Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist (Cash Management) to join our Cash Management team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle accurate processing of cash and position movements, including wires, ACH, and disbursements, under guided supervision.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to policies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely settlement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services operations; cash management, wire processing, or disbursements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process wire transfers, ACH, check disbursements, and journal entries.
• Review LOAs for journals and disbursements with guidance from senior team members.
• Identify and escalate transaction exceptions to management.
• Adhere to Cash Management SOPs and disbursement policy consistently across transactions.
• Perform self-reviews and participate in team quality checks.
• Respond to routine and ad hoc client/internal requests with timely resolutions.
