Job summary

National Development is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Specialist to join our Cash Management team. You will support day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure processing of financial transactions and employee payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cash management, banking, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF document management; willingness to learn financial systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Collaborative, service-oriented approach with ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
• Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential financial information.
• Banking experience is a plus; familiarity with real estate operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily funds transfers, including wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Obtain approvals, process transactions via online banking, and prepare reports.
• Maintain online payment templates and verify security for new beneficiaries.
• Review daily ACH Positive Pay exceptions.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and reimbursements.
• Coordinate system setup for expense reporting onboarding.
• Process monthly credit card payments and review statements.
• Purchase gift cards per HR requests and coordinate year-end bonuses.
• Schedule training sessions for new employees and update training materials.
• Distribute payroll deduction forms and process quarterly reimbursements.
• Support general admin and accounting tasks and improve processes.
