Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist (Account Transfers) to support custody services and transfer processing. You will handle ACATS, Non-ACATS, and direct transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in financial services or securities processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or equivalent.
• FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 99 required (Series 7 preferred or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Process account transfers via ACATS, Non-ACATS, and direct transfers.
• Support daily operations, respond to inquiries, and ensure SLAs.
• Assist in supervisory oversight and policy implementation.
• Identify and resolve processing irregularities with documentation.
