Carrington Mortgage Holdings in Orange, CA is seeking a Cash Operations Specialist to work on-site. You will coordinate and process all incoming mail, and post and apply payments for residential mortgage accounts. Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate records in the Loan Servicing system.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to company policies and state/federal laws. Target pay is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and open all incoming mail.
• Post received payments and exception items to residential mortgage accounts.
• Reconcile and record all incoming checks and prepare daily deposits.
• Research payment application inquiries and correct postings as necessary.
• Document changes to customer information in the Loan Servicing system.
