Job summary

AmeriNat is seeking a Mortgage Loan Cashiering Specialist to support receipt, application, reconciliation, and research of borrower payments. Responsibilities include processing payments via lockbox, ACH, mail, and other sources; balancing daily receipts; and researching discrepancies.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaboration within a team. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Two+ years in mortgage servicing, cashiering, or related financial services operations preferred.
• Experience with MSP is a plus; strong detail orientation and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process borrower payments via lockbox, ACH, mail, wires, and online channels.
• Balance daily cash receipts and research discrepancies.
• Open mail and payment correspondence; handle routine payoff transactions.
• Monitor inquiries and support process improvements and quality control.
