Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Cash Management Disbursement Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to coordinate and process incoming invoices for loan disbursements, stop pay/void requests, payoff disbursements, and to post and apply payments for residential mortgage accounts. You will ensure accuracy, adhere to policies and laws, and support cash operations with timely, compliant processing.

A high school diploma and about one year of accounts payable experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year accounts payable or related experience.
• Basic Excel skills and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to organize and clearly communicate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of outstanding invoices and approvals.
• Disburse checks timely to vendors per cash policies.
• Process invoices for payment across third-party and loan services.
• Create all stop payment and void requests.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Reconcile Unapplied Funds on PIF loans and resolve within 30 days.
• Reconcile returned non-negotiated checks at loan level.
• Provide secondary support for receiving and applying payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
