Job summary

Regions Bank in Hoover, AL is seeking a Bank Operations Cash Support Specialist to monitor branch and ATM cash levels and coordinate shipments. This role requires accurate forecasting, collaboration with branches, and adherence to risk and cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Four (4) years of banking or branch experience.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to the branches or vendor on shipment amounts.
• Contacts the branches or vendor when large cash balance variances are detected.
• Provides coaching to the branches on reaching and maintaining forecasted cash levels.
• Works with limited direction/supervision.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices.
• May assist in training less experienced team members.
