Job summary

Regions Bank in Hoover, AL is seeking enthusiastic Contact Center Bankers to deliver an outstanding banking experience. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through product options to meet their financial goals.

You will operate within a fast-paced contact center, applying banking knowledge to advise on both immediate needs and long-term plans. Onsite training spans seven weeks, followed by a schedule that blends in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three weeks’ instructor-led onboarding plus two to four weeks on-the-job training.
• Ability to observe on-screen text and images.
• Can communicate verbally using headset.
• Can type and navigate computer systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including all contact center hours.
