Theisen's Home Farm Auto is seeking a Cash Office Administrative Assistant to support daily financial and administrative tasks in a busy retail setting. Responsibilities include handling cash, processing transactions, filing accounting forms, and assisting senior cashiers as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of cashier or retail experience and strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and good communication with team members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cashier or retail experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open store procedures: enable/restart terminals, print reports, count cash for registers.
• Daily money duties: collect cash, checks, change, transactions, and bank deposits.
• File paperwork and fill out accounting forms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cash register functions and procedures.
• Assist cashier in problem solving and support customer service at checkout.
• Perform end of month tasks and submit forms.
• Train others on computer usage.
