Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers in a friendly manner and answer questions.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, product selection, and store services.
• Process returns, exchanges, and defective merchandise accurately and professionally.
• Learn and assist with hunting and fishing license sales and related procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns in a friendly, timely, and service-focused manner.
• Perform cash register functions proficiently.
• Direct customers to merchandise locations or request assistance as needed.
