Inland Group is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Specialist to manage daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, and treasury activities across multiple entities. You will contribute to accurate accounting and financial reporting while ensuring cash controls are maintained.

The role focuses on cash management, transactional accounting, and reporting within a multi-entity environment, requiring strong Excel skills and experience with treasury systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2-4 years in cash management, treasury operations, or related finance function.
• Experience managing bank reconciliations and high-volume cash transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Familiarity with multi-entity accounting environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.
• Initiate and record electronic payments, including wires and ACH.
• Record and reconcile cash receipts, disbursements, and intercompany transfers.
• Prepare general ledger entries and cash-related adjustments.
• Support month-end close activities related to cash and banking transactions.
• Open and close bank subaccounts and escrow-related accounts.
