The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Specialist to support daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, and treasury activities across multiple entities. You will manage cash positions, process electronic payments, and ensure accurate recording in the general ledger.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in cash management or related finance roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with multi-entity environments.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
2–4 years of cash management, treasury operations, or related finance experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Power Query) and familiarity with accounting software.

Mansioni

Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.
Initiate and record electronic payments (wire transfers, ACH, tax payments).
Record and reconcile cash receipts, disbursements, and intercompany transfers.
Prepare general ledger entries and cash-related adjustments.
Support month-end close activities related to cash and banking transactions.
Prepare monthly cash transaction and investor distribution reconciliation reports.
