Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and provide leadership with accurate visibility into cash position. You will manage 50+ bank accounts, monitor cash activity, and collaborate with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

The role emphasizes Excel-driven analysis, process improvement, and potential onboarding for acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; experience may substitute.
• 1–3 years in treasury, cash management, accounting, or related finance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 50+ bank accounts linked to master corporate account.
• Track daily cash activity: inflows, outflows, categorization.
• Prepare daily cash reporting for leadership visibility.
• Investigate unusual or unreconciled transactions.
• Collaborate with AP, Corporate Accounting and Branch Ops.
• Coordinate cash activity across corporate and branch levels.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, checks.
• Process bank deposits within ERPs for monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain treasury records and controls over cash.
• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes.
• Use Excel for cash analysis, reporting, trends, decision support.
• Leverage Alteryx/workflow automation to improve data handling.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired entities.
• Serve as point of contact for cash-related questions.
• Assist with other treasury/finance initiatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
