Job summary

CBX Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to manage cash activities, reconcile accounts, and provide leadership with accurate cash visibility. The role collaborates across Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to improve processes and strengthen controls.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in treasury or cash management, strong Excel skills, and an interest in workflow automation. This is a hands-on analyst role based in Winston-Salem, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in treasury, cash management, accounting, or related finance function.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 50+ bank accounts and master cash position.
• Track daily cash activity: inflows, outflows, categorization.
• Prepare daily cash reports for leadership review.
• Investigate unusual or unreconciled bank transactions.
• Collaborate with AP, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Ops to resolve cash issues.
• Coordinate cash activity across corporate and branch levels for accurate reporting.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and checks.
• Enter bank deposits in ERP as part of reconciliations.
• Maintain treasury records and internal controls over cash.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring treasury processes.
• Use Excel to analyze cash activity and build reports.
• Leverage Alteryx and automation to improve data management.
