Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related function.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial data analysis.
  • Experience with an ERP, treasury management system, banking platform, or other financial technology.
  • Understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external banking partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily cash management, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and liquidity reporting.
  • Monitor bank activity, wires, ACH transactions, and other cash movements while ensuring proper controls and approvals.
  • Assist with banking relationships, including account administration, documentation, and service inquiries.
  • Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and analysis related to cash balances, liquidity, and banking activity.
  • Support treasury and financial systems, including system administration, testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to improve financial data flows, reporting, integrations, and process automation.
  • Assist with treasury technology projects, system implementations, data analysis, process improvements, and documentation.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, financial reporting, and financial systems.
