Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and provide leadership with accurate visibility into cash position. You will manage 50+ bank accounts, monitor cash activity, and collaborate with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor 50+ bank accounts linked to master corporate account.
• Track daily cash activity: inflows, outflows, categorization.
• Prepare daily cash reporting for leadership visibility.
• Investigate unusual or unreconciled transactions.
• Collaborate with AP, Corporate Accounting and Branch Ops.
• Coordinate cash activity across corporate and branch levels.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, checks.
• Process bank deposits within ERPs for monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain treasury records and controls over cash.
• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes.
• Use Excel for cash analysis, reporting, trends, decision support.
• Leverage Alteryx/workflow automation to improve data handling.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired entities.
• Serve as point of contact for cash-related questions.
• Assist with other treasury/finance initiatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

CBX Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Treasury Analyst to support the company's daily cash management activities and help provide leadership with accurate, timely visibility into the organization's cash position. Reporting to the Director, Tax and Treasury, this role will help manage a portfolio of 50+ bank accounts that roll up into the master corporate bank account, monitor and categorize daily cash inflows and outflows, and support accurate and timely cash reporting. The Treasury Analyst will work closely with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong controls over the company's cash activities. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, identify discrepancies, and proactively support process improvements. This position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and an interest in leveraging technology and workflow automation to improve treasury processes.

Essential Functions

• Monitor and help manage 50+ bank accounts that roll up into the master corporate bank account.
• Track daily cash activity, including the identification, categorization, and tracking of cash inflows and outflows.
• Prepare daily cash reporting to provide leadership with clear and accurate visibility into the company's cash position.
• Monitor bank activity and investigate unusual, unexpected, or unreconciled transactions.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and Branch Operations to understand and resolve cash-related issues.
• Support coordination of cash activity across corporate and branch-level operations to ensure accurate reporting and appropriate cash management.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts (cash), credit cards, and checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies timely.
• Perform bank deposits within ERPs as part of the monthly cash reconciliation process.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and documentation to support strong internal controls over cash.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring treasury processes.
• Use Excel to analyze cash activity, build reporting, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Leverage Alteryx and workflow automation concepts to improve data management, reporting, and treasury processes.
• Support the cash onboarding process for newly acquired entities as CBX grows through acquisition.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine cash-related questions across the organization.
• Support additional treasury and finance initiatives as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or a related finance function.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze large amounts of financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, particularly around month-end close.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts and/or supporting a centralized treasury function a plus.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, workflow automation, or similar data-processing tools a plus.
• Experience working with multi-location or multi-entity organizations a plus.
