Job summary

CRB, a leading engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, reporting, and financial analysis in a project-based environment. You will work with Accounting, Project Finance, and senior leadership to maintain liquidity and ensure accurate treasury reporting.

The role reports to the Treasurer and emphasizes cash forecasting, treasury controls, and process improvements across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, banking, cash management, or related finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting treasury operations across complex multi-entity and multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to interpret financial statements and leverage cash flow insights to support decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive short-term investment activities and optimize cash utilization.
• Manage daily cash positioning across multiple accounts and entities.
• Develop and manage short-term cash forecasts including payroll, vendor payments, project billings, collections, and disbursements.
• Maintain bank account structures, authorized signers, online banking users, and treasury controls.
• Lead treasury policy development, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate treasury operations through system enhancements.
• Support bank document processes, KYC requests, and related treasury service documentation.
• Monitor debt balances, interest expense, and covenant compliance.
• Deliver internal treasury reporting initiatives, including cash flow forecasting and executive reports.
